Dr Theo Psychology
About
Theo is a dedicated psychologist with a wealth of experience helping individuals navigate various challenges, including depression, anxiety, stress, phobias, and relationship difficulties. They have a particular passion for working with the LGBTQ+ community and take an LGBTQ+-informed approach, offering support to those exploring their sexual and/or gender identity.

Theo’s therapeutic approach is integrative, meaning they draw from a range of therapeutic models tailored to the individual’s goals and needs. They create a warm and nurturing environment where clients feel supported and heard. Theo incorporates Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, Systemic Theory, Trauma-Informed Approaches, and Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT) into their practice.
No matter the method, Theo's focus is always on fostering growth, healing, and self-discovery.

Whether someone is new to therapy or looking for a fresh therapeutic space, Theo understands that starting the process and finding the right therapist can feel overwhelming. Theo therefore offers a free 15-minute telephone consultation. This provides an opportunity to discuss a potential client’s needs and to see if their approach is the right fit.
